In the United Kingdom, our managed portfolio encompasses franchised hotels under the world's leading brands including Hilton Worldwide, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Wyndham Worldwide. Hotel owners, developers and guests discover the Interstate difference in our nine UK hotels with nearly 2,000 rooms under brands such as Hotel Indigo, Hilton, Doubletree by Hilton, Hampton by Hilton, Days Inn and Holiday Inn Express. In addition, Interstate has executed agreements to manage five hotels with 750 rooms currently under construction throughout the United Kingdom.
We also operate restaurants under the Marco Pierre White Restaurants and Frankie's Sports Bar and Grill brands, and health clubs and luxury spas under theclubandspa brand, either as part of our hotels or as standalone establishments.
